Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for another item of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid).

• Exchange item must be in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at (enquire@kadhaljewels.com) with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

3. Send the item using a trackable shipping service.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the item.
