Can I exchange my item/s?
We DO NOT accept exchange of any items due to change of mind/doesn't suit your needs. Our products have specifications in their description which give you details on the products.
Can I cancel my order?
Please notify us within 24hours of making your order if you wish to cancel he purchase. If your order has not been sent we can honour this request.
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
If you require further information on a product before purchasing please email or chat to us.
We cannot refund any earrings or nose pieces due to hygiene.
How to Return or Exchange
Email us at (refund@kadhaljewels.com) as soon as possible with your order number and details regarding the damage or reason for return.
Wait for our reply (please allow up to 24 hours) with confirmation and specific return instructions.
Ship the item back to us within 2 days in its original packaging.
Please note: We are unable to process refunds for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition due to hygiene reasons.
