  • We strive to display accurate descriptions and images of our jewelry. However, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur due to the handmade/natural nature of materials.

  • All prices are listed in AUD (unless otherwise stated) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Afterpay, Apple & Google Pay.

  • If an item is unavailable after your order, we will notify you and provide a refund or exchange option.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia ONLY. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
